If the bot itself cant answer your questions, Ted can add someone from our team into the chat during our office hours (8AM - 5PM)

Our main base is in an office.

We know, that means that we do not have an actual store for you to browse in.

However, this does mean that we have an excellent webshop for you - open 24/7!
